3.2      Actions Carried forward to Next Meeting

See end of these minutes

4          Treasurer’s Report

4.1      Monthly Report Summary

See separate report for detail.

Highlights/Lowlights – Puchased Mothercare during last month.  Only 2 of our 14 holdings went down in the month and this has taken Unit value up from 281.928 to 299.655.  We have £3684.56 of non-mechanical cash.

4.2      Matters Arising From Report

None.

5          PORTFOlio Management

5.1      Mechanical Portfolio

Crest Nicholson is due to be sold this month.   However, mechanical selections as of last weekend were:-

Mowlem                             398.09

Crest Nicholson                  363.74

TDG                         323.43

BPB                          266.95

We already hold Mowlem, hence the replacement would be Crest Nicholson.  In these circumstances we would hold Crest Nicholson rather than sell it and buy it back. However, as it was a full week ago since these selections were made, agreed to rerun over the coming weekend.  Crest Nicholson still expected to “win”.

{Post Meeting Note: Crest Nicholson did indeed get selected so is being held as the “April” selection}

Holdings are …

Savills

HOLD until June 2003

Woolworths

HOLD until August 2003

Mowlem (John)

HOLD until October 2003

WH Smith

HOLD until December 2003

British Vita

Crest Nicholson

HOLD until April 2004

London Clubs International

HOLD

Cape

HOLD
